There are a lot of remedies out there for foot fungus and it can be hard to find

one that completely works. Over the counter bottles cost a small fortune and soaks

and many other remedies only seem to alleviate symptoms for a while. This rings

true for vicks, herbal treatments in boiled in apple cider vinegar, store products

such as lamisol and many others.

Out of everything I have let my clients know about apple cider vinegar worked

second to best however I always saw athletes foot still linger on after treatment.

If you do want to use apple cider vinegar please do not cook it before use. Apple

cider vinegar contains natural enzymes which is one of the main reasons it kills

fungus so readily. However when you cook Apple cider vinegar you are killing the

enzymes. If you wish to add an herbal mixture add the herbs to boiling water. Once

the water is cool add it to the apple cider vinegar. Diluted apple cider vinegar can be

used on sensitive skin such as groin area.

This particular way did not work as well as I liked so I decided to take matters into my own hands and make my own remedy which you can find listed below. This is what I have recommended for my clients to use. It has worked for them and I am sure it will work for you. Please note that this soak needs to be done at least once a day everyday until all signs of fungus is gone. This includes cracked heels, nail discoloration and hard spots on skin. Also continue after all sings are gone for an additional two weeks. Often times people think that when there are no more signs of fungus it is gone. This however is not the case.

Fungus makes a network within the body and actually attaches itself to your nervous system. This is why it is so hard to kill and will come back on people who only treat signs of athletes fungus. Fungus does have a weakness though it needs to"breath." It may sound weird but it can only live on the inside of your body for a short period of time without outside air. You see it living outside your body when you see your cracked heels, rough patches and yellow toe nails. For most people two weeks extra is usually enough to kill the remaining fungus within the body, however you may find that if you have had athletes foot for longer then 6 months you will need to add a month of extra soaking after all signs are gone. This is because the fungus network within your body is very large, well established and mature, therefore it is a little tougher to kill.
